Starting off the week with some invitation design, which hasn’t popped up in a while! You may or may not remember Jason and Vanessa’s save-the-dates from a while back, but we finished up their invitation suites not too long ago and I finally got around to photographing them.
Now, I’m always for letterpress, however, if you need a solution for sprucing up invitations, but don’t have the budget for letterpress….you can add something else, like home embossing, die cut, or in our case, gold photo corners. We mounted the final invites on 165lb cover stock with simple gold photo corners we picked up at a craft store, which gave them a really substantial & formal feel (I also love me some white on white!). I also designed a monogram, logo and “word mark” for the two to use in other pieces (i.e. menu’s, programs, etc.) Excited for these two and their big day coming up in June!
